Contact forms, trade-in requests, and chat can collect your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, messages, and preferences. A full credit application can collect identity, address, employment, and financial information, including Social Security number and date of birth.
Credit application processing
When the dealership’s own application is shown, the website stores the application’s sensitive fields in encrypted form for authorized staff review. When a DealerCenter form is shown, that external service processes the submission under its own terms. Review the application authorization before submitting.
How information is used
Information supports responses to inquiries, requested appointments, vehicle appraisals, financing review, and dealership records. Relevant information may be sent to the dealership’s CRM, messaging providers, and lending partners as part of these services. Chat and optional AI explanations may use an AI service; do not enter Social Security numbers or other sensitive identity information in chat.
Browser storage and service providers
The site uses cookies for language preferences and staff sessions. Saved and compared vehicles are stored on your device. Vehicle history, financing, and analytics features may use external services when enabled. External services have their own privacy notices.
Promotional messages
Promotional email consent is optional. Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email to change your preference. You can still receive responses to requests you make and messages about an application or appointment.
Retention and privacy requests
Record retention depends on the type of information and applicable requirements. Contact the dealership to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices. Requests may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained.
